# Why is the date I need not an option for online ordering?

## Available delivery dates are based on program-specific sourcing and logistics

When shopping online with [**Mayesh Wholesale Florist**](https://www.mayesh.com/), only **eligible delivery dates** are shown in the date selection field. These highlighted dates reflect when product can realistically be sourced, shipped, and received based on program requirements.

### **Why some dates aren’t available**

Each Mayesh Market program has specific availability rules driven by:

- Shipping schedules and transit times
- Product availability and seasonality
- Vendor and grower lead-time requirements
- Program-specific logistics

Because of this, not every calendar date will be available for online ordering.

### **Program-specific timing examples**

  These programs typically operate on a **specific** **ordering window**, which limits how far forward or backward dates can appear.
