Why didn’t I earn petals on my full order?

Petals are earned only on qualifying customer-placed online orders

Petals are awarded only on qualifying online orders placed directly by customers on Mayesh Wholesale Florist’s website. If part of your order did not earn petals, it is usually due to one of the following reasons.

Common reasons petals were not earned

  • Items were added after checkout
    If products are added to an order after the original online order is submitted, those added items do not earn petals.

  • The order was placed by a sales representative
    Orders entered on Mayesh.com by a sales rep on your behalf are not eligible for petal accrual.

  • Only part of the order was placed online
    Petals apply only to the portion of an order that was placed directly by you online.

How to earn petals on future orders

To ensure you earn petals:

  • Place your order yourself on Mayesh.com

  • Complete all selections before submitting checkout

  • Work with your sales rep for planning and guidance, but finalize the order online
