# Why are my orders not earning petals?

## Petals are accrued only on orders placed on mayesh.com through eligible Mayesh Market programs. There is a minimum order per Mayesh Market program.

Petals are earned exclusively on mayesh.com orders, specifically through eligible Mayesh Market programs. Ensure that your orders meet the minimum requirements to qualify for the accrual of petals (see the table below). When placing an online order, we will message you if you need to add additional items to your order to meet the minimum to earn petals.

Additionally, orders placed by Mayesh sales representatives are subject to a service fee and are ineligible to earn petals.
