However, delivery charges may apply. However, additional freight charges may apply depending on the shipping destination, carrier, product type, or ordering program.
Freight & shipping responsibility
Mayesh works closely with customers to determine the most appropriate shipping method for each order. However:

Freight carriers have strict limitations on credits:

Airlines do not issue credits unless shipments are more than 48 hours late

FedEx does not issue credits unless shipments arrive one full day late

No carrier issues credits for delays caused by weather or natural disasters

If a box is damaged in transit, it is considered a carrier issue. To be eligible for any freight-related credit, you must sign for the shipment as “damaged” at pickup or delivery.
Cancellations and changes affecting freight
Because Mayesh operates in a perishable, time-sensitive supply chain and places orders 2–3 times daily to meet requested delivery dates:

Orders may only be cancelled up to two weeks in advance

Line-item quantity reductions are limited to a maximum of $50 per order

Once an order is in process, freight and sourcing commitments may already be in place
