# When shopping online, can I ship to a different address other than my primary address listed on my account?

## Shipping address changes must be coordinated with your sales representative

When shopping online with [**Mayesh Wholesale Florist**](https://www.mayesh.com/), there is currently **no option to change the shipping address directly on Mayesh.com**.

### **How to ship to a different address**

If you need an order delivered to a different location, you have two options:

- **Contact your sales representative directly**  
  Your sales rep can update or coordinate the delivery address for your order.
- **Leave delivery instructions at checkout**  
  Use the **comments section** on the checkout page to note the alternate shipping address or special delivery instructions. Your sales representative will review these notes and follow up as needed.

### **Best practice**

If the delivery address is time-sensitive or differs significantly from your primary account address, contacting your sales representative **before or immediately after placing your order** is the best way to ensure accurate delivery.
