# When do you charge my credit card?

## Cards are charged when orders are ready to ship, with deposits required for some large orders

At [**Mayesh Wholesale Florist**](https://www.mayesh.com/), your credit card is typically **charged on the day your order is ready to ship, not at the time you place your order**.

### **Deposits for large or special orders**

For certain orders, Mayesh may require a **deposit at the time the order is placed**. This usually applies when:

- Order quantities are large
- Products are high-value
- Items are in limited supply or considered special order

If a deposit is required, your sales representative will let you know in advance and explain the amount and timing.

If you have questions about billing timing for a specific order, your sales representative can provide details based on your order type and program.
