# What is Live & Local?

## A real-time way to shop branch inventory for fast delivery or pickup

[**Live & Local**](https://www.mayesh.com/live-local) is an online ordering program from [**Mayesh Wholesale Florist**](https://www.mayesh.com/) that allows you to shop **real-time inventory from your local branch**—similar to shopping the branch cooler, but online.

It’s designed for **last-minute needs**, quick turns, and flexible ordering.

#### **What Live & Local offers**

With Live & Local, you can:

- Shop **live branch inventory** online
- Order for **same-day or next-day delivery** (where available)
- Purchase flowers, fillers, and greens **by the bunch or stem**
- Browse and order **from anywhere at your own time online**, not just in person
- Secure product quickly for short lead-time projects

This program is ideal when you need product fast or want access to what’s currently on the branch floor.

#### **Important things to know**

- Live & Local is a **live inventory system**
- Quantities are limited and available on a **first-come, first-served basis**
- Once items are added to your cart, they are held for **60 minutes** while you complete checkout
- Each branch has **unique shopping hours** for Live & Local availability

Because availability and hours vary by branch, your sales representative is the best resource for confirming details.

#### **Weekend Ordering**

- Shop online **over the weekend** for next week's availability, allowing yourself to get ahead and have your orders packed and ready when you need them. 

#### **Delivery and pickup notes**

- For **local branch customers**, Live & Local supports same-day or next-day service, depending on the branch schedule
- **Local delivery fees are not included** in online pricing and vary by branch
- For **shipping customers**, Live & Local orders are typically eligible for **next-day or two-day arrival**, depending on shipping service and order timing

#### **Best practice**

Use **Live & Local** when:

- You need flowers quickly
- You want to buy by the bunch or stem
- You’re filling last-minute orders or gaps
