By requesting to set up an ACH transfer payment method with Mayesh, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility for ACH Payment Setup
Approval Criteria: Mayesh is currently only approving ACH payment requests for customers with active Net 30 or Net 7 payment terms.
Approval Is Not Guaranteed: Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Approval is subject to Mayesh’s sole discretion and based on factors including, but not limited to:
- Customer account history with Mayesh
- Payment timeliness
- Overall account standing
- Account Review and Authorization
All ACH payment requests are subject to review and approval by Mayesh’s Accounts Receivable (AR) Department.
Upon approval, customers will receive Mayesh’s banking information for setting up ACH transfers.
- Payment
Customers are responsible for setting up Mayesh as a payee through their own bank’s online payment system.
Mayesh does not collect or store any personal banking information from customers. All sensitive financial information remains secure and confidential within your banking institution.
- Remittance Submission Requirement
For every payment made via ACH, customers must submit a remittance notice to epayments@mayesh.com.
Each remittance must include:
- Payment confirmation
- Relevant invoice numbers
- Amounts paid
Failure to submit a proper remittance may result in delays or misapplication of payment to your account.
- Processing Time
Payments typically take 1–3 business days to process, depending on the customer's banking institution.
- Revocation of ACH Privileges
Mayesh reserves the right to withdraw ACH transfer privileges at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Grounds for revocation may include, but are not limited to:
- Late payments
- Changes in account standing
- Breach of any terms and conditions
- Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payments according to their agreed payment terms.
Any missed or late payments may result in the suspension or termination of ACH payment privileges and could impact your account standing with Mayesh.
- Privacy and Data Protection
Mayesh is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your financial information.
Mayesh does not collect, store, or have access to any personal banking information during the ACH payment setup or transfer process. All payment information remains securely managed through your banking institution.
Any information shared with Mayesh for payment processing, such as remittance details, will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of processing payments and managing your account.
- Modifications to Terms
Mayesh reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of ACH payment services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
