With Mayesh Wholesale Florist, petals earned on qualifying mayesh.com orders become available 10 days after the order’s shipment date.
Why there is a processing period

Petals are first placed in a pending status

After 10 days from shipment, they move to available and can be redeemed

This ensures the order has shipped and is in transit before rewards are finalized

Still don’t see your petals?
If more than 10 days have passed since shipment and your petals are still not showing, your sales representative can help review the order and confirm eligibility.
