I placed an order but my petals are not showing up in my account?

Petals appear after a short processing period following shipment

If your petals are not showing up yet, they are likely still in processing.

With Mayesh Wholesale Florist, petals earned on qualifying mayesh.com orders become available 10 days after the order’s shipment date.

Why there is a processing period

  • Petals are first placed in a pending status

  • After 10 days from shipment, they move to available and can be redeemed

  • This ensures the order has shipped and is in transit before rewards are finalized

How to check your petal status

You can view the status of your petals by:

  1. Logging in to Mayesh.com

  2. Going to your account page

  3. Selecting the Petals Rewards tab

Within this section, you’ll be able to see:

  • Pending petals

  • Available petals

  • Petals associated with specific invoices

Still don’t see your petals?

If more than 10 days have passed since shipment and your petals are still not showing, your sales representative can help review the order and confirm eligibility.
