When sales tax is not charged

• If you have a valid resale license on file

• The license must be applicable to your state and business type

When these requirements are met, sales tax is not charged on your purchases.

When sales tax is required

• If a valid resale license is not on file

• If the license provided is expired or not applicable

In these cases, Mayesh is legally required to charge sales tax.
