I placed an order but my petals are not showing up in my account?

Petals become available for redemption after a 10-day processing period from the order's shipment date.

Once you've earned petals on your mayesh.com order, they undergo a brief processing period. After 10 days from the shipment date of the corresponding order, these petals transition from a pending to available status, ready for redemption. This processing period ensures that the products associated with the earned petals have been shipped and are in transit, aligning with the program's commitment to accuracy and transparency. 


You can check the status of your petals on all invoices in the ‘Petals Rewards’ tab on your account page.
