To process your flowers, take some newspaper or paper towels, mist them, flip the paper over, lay the flower heads diagonally on the paper, roll the paper firmly around the flowers, tape the paper, place them in the cooler horizontally for an hour, cut the ends of the stems, and place the flowers in water. The process will hydrate the flowers. Unwrap, cut, and process as normal.
