# How quickly can my order be delivered/shipped?

## Delivery speed depends on location, ordering method, and shipping service

How quickly your order can be delivered or shipped with [**Mayesh Wholesale Florist**](https://www.mayesh.com/) depends on whether you are a **local delivery customer** or a **shipping customer**, as well as how and when the order is placed.

#### **Local delivery customers**

For customers located within a branch’s delivery territory:

- Many branches offer **same-day or next-day delivery**
- This applies to:
  
    - **Online ordering through Live & Local** (for branches with after-hours or 24/7 shopping options)
    - Ordering directly with your rep, who can see what is available in the cooler at that time.
- Availability varies by branch and delivery schedule

For **immediate or last-minute needs**, shopping **in person at the branch** is the fastest option.

#### **Shipping customers**

For customers receiving orders via shipping:

- Orders are typically delivered within **1–2 days** via thrid party shipper
- Timing depends on:
  
    - Shipping service used (FedEx, airline, or truck)
    - Destination
    - Time of day the order is placed

Unless a trucking line is used, most shipping orders are eligible for **next-day or two-day arrival** when:

- Orders are placed by **noon through your sales representative**, or
- Orders are placed online using **Live & Local**, when available

- Use **Live & Local** for the fastest online option
- Shop **in person at the branch** for immediate needs
- Contact your **sales representative** to confirm delivery or shipping timelines
