Do I need a resale license to open an account?

Yes. In most cases, a resale license is required to open an account with Mayesh Wholesale Florist. As a wholesale florist, Mayesh sells exclusively to floral and event professionals who are authorized to purchase wholesale product.

Accepted resale documentation

Depending on your state, a resale license may be referred to as:

  • Resale license

  • Seller’s permit

  • Reseller’s permit

  • Sales tax ID

  • Sales & use tax ID

  • Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license

  • Annual resale certificate

One of these forms of documentation is required to verify eligibility and complete account registration.

If your state does not require a resale license

If you are located in a state that does not require a resale license—or if you are registering from a state where Mayesh does not currently have a physical branch—Mayesh will accept a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) in place of a resale license.
