# Do I have to pay for my flowers before I receive them?

## Payment is required at pickup or shipment unless approved credit terms are in place

At [**Mayesh Wholesale Florist**](https://www.mayesh.com/), payment is generally required **at the time of pickup or shipment**, unless approved credit terms are established on your account.

### **Standard payment methods**

Most customers pay using one of the following options:

- **Payment at order pickup**
- **Credit card on file**, processed when the order is delivered or shipped
  
    - Having a card on file with us is our recommendation

These methods ensure timely processing and release of perishable product.

### **Credit terms and alternative payment options**

Mayesh also offers additional payment options for qualified customers, including:

- **Credit terms**, available upon approval of a Mayesh Credit Application, *ask your sales rep for the form.*
- **ACH bank transfers**, for eligible accounts

Approval is required for these options and is based on account review.
