# Can I reactivate my Petals Rewards account after cancellation?

## Yes you can re-enrollment is allowed, but points do not carry over

Yes. Customers may **re-enroll in the [Petals Rewards](https://www.mayesh.com/petals)** with [**Mayesh Wholesale Florist**](https://www.mayesh.com/) after an account has been canceled.

### **Important details about reactivation**

When a Petals Rewards account is reactivated:

- The account **restarts with a zero balance**
- **Previously earned petals do not carry over**
- There is **no retroactive credit** for past purchases or points

Reactivation allows you to participate in the program again and begin earning petals on future qualifying purchases.
