The Bell notification icon is not working, what should I do?

If you are having a problem with your notifications, you can also go to your notification settings on your mobile or computer.

NOTE: To receive notifications on any Apple Computer, the device must be updated to macOS Venture13.


  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings

  2. Click Notifications in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)

  3. Go to Application Notifications on the right

  4. Click on mayesh.com

  5. Then change the website alert style and other settings to “Allow”

NOTE: you can install Safari on a Windows 11, 10 or 7 computers, but Apple no longer supports desktop notification updates to their Safari Browser on any current or future Windows devices.




  1. On your computer, open Chrome

  2. At the top right, click More Settings

  3. Click Privacy and security Site Settings Notifications

  4. Select the option that you want as your default setting

  5. Next to “Allowed to send notifications,” click Add

  6. Enter the site's web address

  7. Click Add

  1. On your computer, open Firefox

  2. At the top left, Click “Allow” 

If you click “Always Block” you can

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.

  2. Click Privacy & Security from the left pane.

  3. Scroll to the Permissions section.

  4. Click the Settings… button to the right of Notifications.

  5. Select Allow or Block from the Status drop-down for any of the websites.

  6. Click the Save Changes button.

  1. Select View site information to the left of your address bar.

  2. Under Permissions for this site > Notifications, choose Block from the drop-down menu.
